The thing that stands in our way the MOST is having a preconceived idea of what that will look like. When we do this, we try to direct the process and sometimes can even self-sabotage ourselves.
The secrets to healing: a) being honest about where we are, b) surrendering to where we are, c) being high vibration about where we want to be, and d) *living in that high vibration*
