During this season of 2020 — pandemic, stay at home — we’ve been called to do….nothing. And that is actually faithful. In a culture that tells us that being busy is the idol of all things good, what does it feel like to just BE at home?
(Even if you’re scrambling to learn Zoom and to manage little kids around you ….. what IS the reflection time that you have that is new to you?)
Time to do nothing, to just be, and even be bored is *essential* to our process during Advent. It is at that time that God can rise forth in our souls to show us new things and ways to be.
What are you Being this Advent season?
